How to Drop In
We make it easy for visiting athletes to get moving with us. Here’s how you can drop in:
- Pick Your Class: Check out our class schedule and find a time that works for you.
- Sign the Waiver: To save time, complete our form before arriving.
- Arrive Early: Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts so we can show you around and get you set up.
- Jump In: Meet our friendly coaches, connect with the Forge community, and crush your workout!
Who Can Drop In?
Our drop-in sessions are best suited for athletes with prior experience in strength and conditioning, CrossFit, or similar training environments. If you’re comfortable following coached workouts and familiar with basic barbell movements, you’ll fit right in. New to this style of training? Feel free to reach out—we’d love to guide you to the right fit.
